2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile page. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• You retain access to all paid features until the end of the current period

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment
• Service issues: If the Service was significantly unavailable or non-functional during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged in error or billed twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (unless covered by Section 3)
• Partial months of service after cancellation
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

• Your account email address
• The reason for your refund request
• Your transaction or subscription ID (if available)

6. Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
